Weekly Letter

Olá Família,
This week ended up great. We ate at a Brazilian restaurant a few times this week. It is the 1st time in my mission that I passed through an area with one close. The other cities that I served in didn´t even have ONE. But here in Juiz de Fora there are lots, so I think that I will gain a little weight here. haha. We had worked quite a bit this last week to find some more people to teach but weren't having that much luck. We got a call on Thursday from another companionship in the city and they gave us a referral of a young couple that lives in our area. We got to their neighborhood and were surprised to find big houses, clean streets, and nice cars. We were pretty shocked because we have never seen or been there before. It was the nicest and best neighborhood that I have seen in a year and a half. haha. The couple is really nice and super interested. They are not married but they don´t live together too, they just spend a lot of time in her house. They are both in college and one wants to be a judge and the other wants to be a lawyer. They are really excited to read the book of Mormon and to hear our next message. We will teach them on Wednesday. We found another young woman too that is super excited to learn more. However, we will have to find her home with her boyfriend so we can teach them about the importance of marriage. But all in all i am enjoying this area, even though it is the most hilly that I have seen. haha. #whatdoesntkillyoumakesyoustronger haha. Love you guys lots! I´m glad that everything is going well!! Have a good week!
